Frank Hepworth is the founder and CEO of New Market Trading, a crypto investment research and consulting firm.
Before launching the company, Hepworth built his career as a regulatory crypto attorney, advising major crypto exchanges on legal compliance and helping launch the first crypto ETFs on the Toronto Stock Exchange. This combination of legal expertise and hands-on investing experience gave him an insider’s understanding of how institutional players access crypto markets, insight most retail investors never get.
Before turning 30, Hepworth left a six-figure legal career after growing his personal crypto portfolio by 11x and generating seven-figure profits. In 2022, he founded New Market Trading with a mission to help everyday investors access “primary market” crypto opportunities: buying assets before they list on major exchanges like Coinbase or Kraken, often at a fraction of their public price.
